The referral portal
The secure portal connects directly to our practice software, so your referral lands in the patient's chart the moment you send it.
- Refer new or existing patients and attach radiographs (JPG files up to 4 MB).
- Follow your patient's care with reports, letters and images as treatment progresses.
- Download a referral summary for your own records.
- Message our team through the portal's chat.

After treatment
Most cases are completed in one visit. Dr. El-Refai places a permanent filling in every treated tooth, never a temporary one, to seal the access against coronal leakage. Your patient returns to you for the final restoration, with the report and images waiting in the portal.
