We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

If anything does not work for you, call or text 330-721-1350, or write to us at 3985 Medina Road, Suite 160, Medina, OH 44256. We will help with whatever you were trying to do, and work to fix the problem.

The patient portal and the referral portal are on a separate secure site run by our practice software provider, so we cannot change how they work. If either one does not work for you, call or text and we will help. Patients can also complete their forms at the office.

You never need the website to become a patient; a call or text always works.
