Where do I get my registration code?
Our office sends it to you after your appointment is scheduled. If you have not received it, call or text 330-721-1350.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. The portal is a secure, password-protected system connected directly to our practice software, so your information goes straight into your chart.
Can I sign my forms online?
Yes. Your registration code lets you set up your profile and sign the necessary forms online before your visit, so check-in is quick.
I do not use computers much. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Arrive a few minutes early and we will help you complete everything at the office.
